These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the khalavip website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment systems, promotional programmes, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing khalavip in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any customer support channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of khalavip regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the Platform. They apply to players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other locations from which the Platform is accessible.

khalavip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. When a material change is made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional or bonus terms, the more specific terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of khalavip is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. You must confirm your eligibility every time you access the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. khalavip does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any form of gambling or betting on the Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not permitted to use this Platform.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be employed by khalavip or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners. Immediate family members of such employees are also restricted from participating in certain promotions, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on khalavip. Each individual is entitled to maintain exactly one account at all times. Creating a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

khalavip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our support team will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

To access the full range of services available on khalavip — including depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a Bangladesh-based mobile number.

Upon creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify khalavip support immediately. We will temporarily lock your account pending an investigation. khalavip will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials or failed to report the breach promptly.

khalavip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if our compliance team flags unusual account activity. Verification documents may include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address (issued within 90 days)
• Mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) account confirmation screenshot

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have deposit, withdrawal, or betting limits applied until verification is successfully completed. khalavip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for any unverified account.

khalavip supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following table summarises the key parameters for each supported payment method:

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered khalavip account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of deposited funds minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method. Withdrawals cannot be directed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, khalavip may require full KYC verification to be completed. Any active bonus wagering requirements must also be satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active bonus is pending wagering completion may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): khalavip is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or fraudulent activity. We apply transaction monitoring and may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawal requests. Accounts suspected of engaging in AML-prohibited activity will be suspended pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

khalavip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus offer, amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirements will be published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Eligibility is limited to one welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is activated.

Game Contribution: Not all games on khalavip contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10%–20% contribution (varies by promotion)
• Sports Betting (Cricket, Football): contribution as specified per promotion
• Crash Games (Aviator, JetX): contribution as specified per promotion
• Jackpot Slots: 0%–50% contribution (varies by game and promotion)

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotional terms.

Promotional Abuse: khalavip reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotions in a manner not intended by khalavip, and any form of collusion with other players in relation to promotional offers.

By using khalavip, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in your account:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud khalavip or other players, including but not limited to chargebacks, disputed transactions made in bad faith, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Cheating and Collusion: Any form of cheating at games, collusion with other players, use of software bots or automated betting systems, or any technical exploit that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on khalavip, regardless of the purpose — including attempts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade self-exclusion.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at any stage, including using another person's identity, payment account, or documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing khalavip from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit participation on this Platform.
• Harmful Technical Actions: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security, infrastructure, games, or data systems in any way.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language towards khalavip staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or support tickets.

khalavip monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. We employ automated systems and manual review processes to identify potential violations of these Terms. Where a violation is confirmed, we reserve the right to take any combination of the following actions: issue a formal warning, restrict account functionality, suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, forfeit all associated balances and pending bonuses, and report the matter to relevant financial or legal authorities where required by law.

Closure by the Player: You have the right to close your khalavip account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled, active bonuses will be removed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to standard processing times and KYC requirements. Self-exclusion (as described in our Responsible Gaming Policy) is also available as an alternative to full account closure.

Closure by khalavip: khalavip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, confirmed fraudulent or AML-prohibited activity, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the account would place khalavip in breach of applicable regulatory obligations.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the fee schedule available on request from our support team. khalavip will provide reasonable prior notice before applying any dormancy fee. If an account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed automatically.

Consequences of Closure: Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by khalavip — your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for return subject to verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at closure.

Platform Availability: khalavip makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available and operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance windows, or disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control including but not limited to internet service outages, mobile network failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on khalavip are determined by certified RNG systems or live physical equipment provided by our game partners. khalavip does not manipulate game outcomes. We accept no liability for losses incurred during normal gameplay. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and you participate entirely at your own risk.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khalavip's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Third-Party Services: khalavip utilises third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and technology infrastructure providers. We are not liable for failures, errors, or disruptions caused by these third-party services, except where such failure results directly from our failure to exercise reasonable care in selecting or monitoring our third-party partners.

Player Decisions: All betting and gaming decisions made on khalavip are made by you, the player, at your sole discretion. khalavip provides information about game rules, odds, and bet types for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to use of khalavip that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. khalavip is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly — contact support at support@khalavip (plain text — not a link) as the first step in any dispute.
